ACRYLIC TANKS- are used often in sheet form as a lightweight or shatter-resistant alternative to glass. Acrylic tanks are lighter than glass tanks. A VERY sharp impact will crack or shatter acrylic and is greater than glass however almost any impact to an acrylic tank will leave a scratch or mark, even those that would not have marked a glass tank. Acrylic is molded easily and formed into almost any shape and also tends to distort things less.

BEAKER HOLDER- provide support for test tubes and allow them to be easily organized. Convenient and necessary they allow for the safe storage of test tubes. Used mainly for transporting and storage purposes, test tube racks will keep your lab clean, safe, and organized.

CONVEYOR GUIDES/RAILS- offer a smooth alternative for conveying equipment when metal components are not the solution. Plastic materials provide benefits unobtainable with conveying components made from other materials. Components such as conveyer guides and rails can withstand such harsh chemical treatments from food sanitation. Plastic components run quietly, reduce friction, and meet USDA standards. They also offer flexibility in design. They can be machined to meet custom requirements. Products such as plastic guide rails can be bent around conveyor corners more easily than metal rails.

DIE HOLDER – A simple and inexpensive holder for dies to be used during the process of die spacer application.

DISPLAY/SHADOW BOXES-Acrylic display cases come in a variety of plastic styles and can hold collectibles, figurines and dolls in a home or jewelry and other merchandise in retail environments. They are also a great choice when it comes to showcasing sports memorabilia. Transparent acrylic is an economical and lightweight means to display any merchandise.

DUCT BANK UNDERGROUND TEMPLATES- Duct banks are groups of conduits designed to protect and consolidate cabling to and from buildings. In a duct bank, data and electrical cables are laid out within PVC conduits which are bundled together. These groupings of conduit are protected by concrete and metal casings. Duct banks are also commonly buried, allowing for contractors to consolidate the wiring for a building into centralized underground paths.

ENGRAVING- Engraved plastic tags or signs are a multi layered laminate whose composition is based on the various types of engraved plastic tag end products desired.  Plastics typically available are; laminated ABS, acrylic cap ABS core and laminated impact acrylic. Some have a micro-surfaced face for delicate, less durable products and other materials have a harder, thicker face layer.

FLANGES- A flange connects pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. Flanges are usually welded or screwed. Flanged joints are made by bolting together two flanges with a gasket between them to provide a seal.

MUSEUM QUALITY VITRINES- Acrylic is a perfect material for art conservation due to its optical clarity, light weight and available UV-filtering, non-glare, anti-static and abrasion resistant coatings.  Hand sanded, buff polished edges for imperceptible glue seams and a wise choice for high exposure exhibits and permanent, long term exhibits.

POLYPROPYLENE TANKS- Polypropylene tanks are resistant to many chemicals and can handle temperatures up to 200 degrees fahrenheit for the stored material. An FDA approved resin is used to make our Polypropylene tanks. They can also be used for water tanks.

P.O.P DISPLAYS- Used for sales promotions found near, on, or next to a checkout counter (the “point of purchase”). They are intended to draw the customers’ attention to products.

SAFETY SHIELDS AND GUARDS- Safety shields are designed from clear acrylic or polycarbonate materials. The shields are designed to provide protection without inhibiting vision or access to the work area. Both materials have excellent clarity, weight, and durability.
